Meet Harpo - the guy who started it all!

Umbrella cockatoo Harpo was my first refeathering assignment. He did it all - plucking, barbering, feather-snapping. He'd often snap blood feathers, too; I needn't tell you how dreadful that was. However, Harpo helped me discover the magic of pine cones as therapeutic--and just plain fun--toys. Harpo's in perfect feather now, and he's just dropping in to tell you it's all good.
