Blaze, Chief Resident Cookie Monster

A bit of a "carbo queen," female Moluccan Blaze is also a cookie monster. Her favorites? Blueberry muffins, almond cookies and fortune cookies, the latter with the added benefit of a "prize" inside. Think outside the box when deciding on treats for your birds. Certainly, I wouldn't give Blaze a fortune cookie every day, nor would I eat one every day myself, but once in a while won't hurt. Be particularly prudent with snacks containing conspicuous amounts of sugar or salt. And, please, no chocolate!
